FstartHow long can I listen to a title?
We give you a minimum of 30 days to listen to a book from the time you start listening. With some of our longer books, such as Atlas Shrugged (63hrs), we extend the listening period to 60 days.
When does the rental start?
Your rental will begin when you start the first file or 10 days from date of purchase, whichever comes first.
What phones do you support?
Currently we support iOS and Android phones.
How many devices can I listen to my audiobook rental on?
You may listen to your audiobook rental on as many devices as you own. This includes any device running iOS or Android.
How many times can I listen to my audiobook rental?
You many listen to a rental as many times as you would like until the rental expires.
Can I delete a rental before the expiration date?
Yes you can. We know that space on your device can be a big concern, so as soon as you are finished listening to a title, simply select the delete option within the app and the title will be removed.
If I like the book can I purchase it at a discount?
At the moment this isn’t a feature we offer, but in the future this may be something that we try to implement.
Can I rent an audiobook if I don’t have a smart device?
We are working on a custom-built Chrome app that you can download to your desktop and use to listen to your rental.
Can I use credits to purchase a rental?
Rentals may not be purchased using credits.
