Caught between boorish Detective Chief Inspector Richard Fitzwilliam and a killer wedding party, Lady Beatrice must solve the murder to save the big day. Rumors are that the recent death of Kelley Lindsell, the personal chef of tycoon Rudy and Sheri Trotman at Sir Hewitt's Fawstead Manor country estate in Fenshire, has spooked Sybil Bransgrove so badly she's considering cancelling her nuptials.
