The Asian Legacy

Summary

There are some excellent traits in the Asian culture yet at the same time when they were first originated the world was a different place. Some cultural aspects have not moved on and their outmoded, selfish, thoughtless ways are still inflicted or demanded by loveless parents that want their own way and try and use lies and emotional blackmail to get whatever they want.

Similarly the use of "my culture" and "my religion" is used as if these two things are paramount to life, they are not and many have found out that both can be as two faced and as derisive and underhand and as selfishly used by parents and family to subvert offspring and others into again getting their own way... It causes untold heartache and stress and anxiety amongst the children and induces much backbiting and squabbling too.

Family feuds have arisen purely over selfish domination nothing more - so where does love come into all of this? You were brought into this world free, let it remain so, others have no control over you unless you give it to them.
