Editorial Reviews

“In this enchanting little book, pet lover Rebecca Ascher-Walsh has collected dozens of stories of loving, loyal, heroic dogs. Each narrative shows the goodness of these four-footed creatures in a new light. One early reader described this pretty holiday gift book as ‘Unlikely Friendships meets Marley and Me.’ We think of it as simply magical. Too good to save to be a stocking stuffer.” Barnes & Noble, editorial review
“A heartwarming and inspiring mosaic of stories [that] dramatically illustrate the many ways a dog can positively impact our lives…Many of the featured animals are rescues, a theme that adds poignancy to the collection. Dog lovers and rescue volunteers will have a field day with this terrific ode to canine companionship.” Publishers Weekly (starred review)
